Our beachside venue at North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Supporters Club is looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team. Following a major renovation and a huge increase in business, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced and vibrant hospitality environment.
About the Role:
As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the floor team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support management in maintaining high service standards while fostering a positive and professional team culture.

You are confident, approachable, and lead by example. You thrive in a busy environment, communicate effectively with both guests and team members, and take pride in creating memorable customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to high service standards
The Role:
- Casual position
- Rotating roster across 7 days
- Full availability required, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- This role is not suitable for school students
