About the role
This position will work within a team that is responsible for leading the design and development of IDT’s enterprise reporting solutions, analytics initiatives and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support operational and strategic insights.
- Support and troubleshoot data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric, under guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital and Data Analytics Lead to maintain and enhance integrations between enterprise systems (including TechOne, eCase, and Mirus) and central analytics platforms.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and data extracts.
- Document technical processes, data transformation logic, and data lineage to support governance, transparency, and reproducibility.
Experience requirements for the role:
- Diploma, or University Degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience managing applications and/or systems management.
- Strong knowledge of system and software development lifecycle best practices and methodologies.
- Experience in analysis of complex software and process issues
- Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to business applications.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Very strong customer service orientation.
The following experience/ qualifications will be highly regarded in the selection process:
- Familiarity with aged care or community services sector.
- Experience with TechOne, eCase, and Mirus systems.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
