Lead the team. Own the experience.
Cubes.Co creates premium, hospitality-led workspaces where businesses can do their best work. Across our locations, we combine beautifully presented offices, coworking, meeting facilities and business services with a genuinely warm and professional member experience.
We are looking for an experienced Business Centre Manager to lead our Chifley location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being visible with members and their team, takes ownership of the detail and can balance outstanding service with strong commercial and operational performance.
You will lead the onsite team and take responsibility for the day-to-day success of the centre - from member experience, team leadership and presentation standards to sales activity, renewals, billing, debtors, facilities and reporting.
- Lead, coach and organise the onsite team, creating clear standards and accountability.
- Deliver an exceptional, hospitality-led experience for members, guests and prospective clients.
- Own the daily operation, presentation, safety and readiness of the centre.
- Manage tours, leads, proposals, renewals and retention activity in partnership with the State Director.
- Oversee member onboarding and offboarding, meeting rooms, access, mail, supplies and centre systems.
- Ensure billing inputs, month-end checks, debtor follow-up and centre records are accurate and on time.
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors and building management, following issues through to resolution.
- Monitor centre performance and communicate risks, opportunities and priorities clearly.
- Experience leading a customer-facing operation in flexible workspace, hospitality, hotels, serviced offices or another premium service environment.
- A practical, confident and supportive people-leadership style.
- Commercial experience across sales, retention, budgets, invoicing or debtor management.
- Strong organisation and sound judgement when priorities compete.
- A natural ability to build relationships and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Confidence using CRM and workplace systems; HubSpot or OfficeRnD experience is an advantage.
- A high standard of presentation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Full Australian working rights.
- A visible leadership role with genuine ownership of your location.
- A premium, growing Australian workspace business with a hospitality-led culture.
- The opportunity to shape the experience of members, guests and your onsite team.
- Support from experienced State, Operations and specialist teams.
If you are a hands-on leader who combines service, commercial awareness and operational discipline, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your relevant leadership and customer-facing experience.
