We're looking for reliable, compassionate, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. We support people with disability to build independence, develop life skills, access their community, and achieve goals that are meaningful to them.
We are particularly seeking team members who are available:
✅ Weekdays 6:00am – 9:00am
✅ Weekdays 2:00pm – 6:00pm
✅ Saturdays

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll work alongside participants to support them in their daily lives, both at home and in the community.
Supports may include:
- Community access and social participation
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Transport to appointments, school, work, and activities
- Building independence and life skills
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Supporting positive routines and healthy lifestyles
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
- Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
No two days are the same, and every participant is different.
About You
We're looking for people who:

Experience in disability support is highly regarded, however we are also interested in hearing from people with backgrounds in:
- Community Services
- Aged Care
- Youth Work
- Childcare
- Education
- Mental Health
- Customer Service
- Hospitality
Essential Requirements
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in Australia
