The Sales Support Administrator role at Maltra Foods is a full-time position based in Clayton, Victoria. The role supports the sales team by managing customer service, sales administration, and CRM systems so that account managers can focus on growing the business.
Job responsibilities:
Handle customer orders and resolve delivery issues.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
Work with the finance team on invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
Coordinate communication between customers and account managers.
Maintain and update Salesforce CRM data.
Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Prepare product specifications, samples, and sales documents.
Organize meetings, calendars, and provide general administrative support.
Monitor delivery performance and sales reports.
Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in sales administration, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce is preferred).
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Pay: $5,400.00 – $6,700.00 per month
