We are a locally owned & run French artisan bakery. At 4 years old, we are established in Canberra with five shops. With a focus on delivering high-quality sourdough bread, pastries, and cakes, delivering the perfect experience is part of our identity.
About the role
We are looking for an Apprentice Baker or Pastry chef to be a part of our Hume production site. We are happy to work with apprentices that are currently in CIT/TAFE. We will help you thrive in your work and provide you will the training and collaboration needed for you to complete your apprenticeship. In this role, you will be at the heart of our production, responsible for crafting high quality products like sourdough bread, pastries, and pies, that reflect our commitment to the art and beauty of this work.
You’ll work alongside a small team that thrives on collaboration, open communication, and pride in their work. If you enjoy an environment where technique, creativity, and consistency matter, you’ll feel right at home here.
