In this rewarding leadership position, you will:
- Support the day-to-day management and operations of the centre
- Partner with the Centre Manager to achieve compliance, occupancy and business goals
- Lead curriculum development and educational programs as the Educational Leader
- Coach, mentor and inspire educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Support continuous improvement and National Quality Standards excellence
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Drive a positive culture where educators feel supported, valued and empowered
You will bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Proven ability to mentor and develop educators
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and teams
