About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and professional Enrolled Nurse to join our team in an office-based role. This position supports the coordination and delivery of high-quality care services through documentation management, client support, scheduling, and clinical administration.
The successful candidate will work closely with management, support staff, clients, and care workers to ensure compliance, continuity of care, and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with care documentation and clinical records
- Prepare, review, and update client care plans
- Conduct and assist with supervisory visits and client reviews
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Support office administration and day-to-day operations
- Assist with staff scheduling and rostering
- Communicate with clients, families, and support workers professionally
- Monitor compliance with care standards and organisational policies
- Provide general clinical and administrative support to the care team
- Ensure confidentiality and accurate record keeping at all times
Skills & Experience
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in aged care, disability, community care, or home care preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in computer systems and documentation management
- Compassionate and professional approach to client care
Requirements
- Current Nursing Registration
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle is mandatory
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chatswood NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (Preferred)
