About the Role
We’re looking for a hands on team member to manage freight movements in and out of stores at Westfield Garden City. In this role, you’ll:
- Receive freight from transport companies
- Sort and organise deliveries
- Deliver freight to retailers using our custom-built electric trolleys
The pace can move quickly, with new jobs appearing throughout the day. You’ll constantly be challenged to plan and execute tasks in the most efficient way possible. As we continue to grow, new opportunities will emerge – perfect for someone keen to develop alongside us.
About You
This role is suited to someone energetic, practical, and service driven. You might come from a logistics, retail, or completely different background – what matters most is your attitude and work ethic.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing, energetic, and reliable
- Physically capable of moving stock safely throughout the shift
- A problem-solver who looks for the most efficient way to complete tasks
- Comfortable making decisions and working independently
- Positive and approachable, with a friendly demeanour
- Detail-oriented and well presented
- A strong communicator who can build good relationships with both team members and customers
