Join a dynamic team as a Supervisor, leading site and workshop-based maintenance activities on rotating and processing equipment. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery while coordinating crews, engaging with customers, and driving operational performance. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards while acting as the vital link between management, clients, and field teams.
What you’ll do

Coordinate site service work and shutdowns across Goldfields mine sites, ensuring resources, personnel, vehicles, and tooling are available and deployment-ready.

Lead and support a team of 5 fitters, overseeing daily operations, performance management, and workforce engagement.

Build strong customer relationships through on-site liaison, technical support, and delivery of high-quality service outcomes.

Manage equipment repair and maintenance projects, controlling schedules, costs, labour hours, and project documentation to meet client and business requirements.

Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met through JSA management, resource planning, reporting, and a strong focus on zero-incident performance.

What you’ll bring
-
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Cert III Mechanical Fitting or equivalent) with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.

Extensive fitting and maintenance experience, ideally with Warman pumps, pump rebuilds, and mining equipment.

Current Rigging and Confined Space certifications, with the ability to maintain site access requirements and Police Clearance.

Proven capability in planning and coordinating shutdown and maintenance activities within mining operations.

Strong administrative and technical skills, including quoting, reporting, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and professional communications.

Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced site environments.
