The Apollo, which opened in Potts Point in 2011, has become a Sydney institution, known for its contemporary take on Greek dining. Olympus, the group's sixth venue and the centrepiece of the Wunderlich Lane precinct, draws inspiration from the spirit of the ancient Greek grill house, bringing people together over bold flavours, generous hospitality, and food designed to share.
