With a recent refurbishment completed and further upgrades on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate the guest experience at The Kings Cross Hotel while bringing our new and exciting concepts to life.
The Role
As General Manager, you will be at the helm of The Kings Cross Hotel and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue. With the pub playing host to a number of facets, you will be hands on across driving multiple operations including the Bistro, VIP Gaming Room, Nightclub, Functions and Sports Bar.
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, driving venue profitability, overseeing venue financials, budgets & forecasting, partnering with marketing on new promotions and activations, compliance, developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and ensuring the guest experience is memorable to our patrons every time.
Given the venue’s late-night operations, we’re seeking a candidate with extensive experience managing high-volume venues or nightclubs, along with a solid understanding of licensing requirements and regulatory compliance. With a recent venue refurbishment and further works on the horizon, this is an exciting time to drive new concepts at the venue.
