About the Role
As an Air conditionin & Refrigerations Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems across residential sites.
Working both independently and alongside a supportive team, you'll deliver high-quality workmanship while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Install air conditioning systems and associated equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, digital and pneumatic faults
- Complete preventative maintenance and warranty work
- Prepare quotes, invoices and service reports
- Record job details accurately using SimPRO
- Mentor and support HVAC apprentices
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional service
- Follow all WHS, environmental and company compliance requirements
About You
You'll be a qualified HVAC technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in your workmanship and is committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
You'll also have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HVAC Service Technician role
- Residential HVAC experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your day effectively
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Essential Licences & Qualifications
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- White Card
- Current C-Class Driver Licence
- Asbestos Awareness & Working Safely with ACMs
- Working in Confined Spaces
- Working Safely at Heights
- Sound knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, tools and testing equipment
