Are you passionate about inspiring quality early childhood practice and making a difference for children and families? As an Early Childhood Pedagogy Advisor at C&K, you’ll work alongside centre teams to strengthen practice, build capability and support continuous quality improvement.
Drawing on your contemporary knowledge of early childhood pedagogy, inclusion, wellbeing, curriculum and the NQF, you will:
- Champion excellence in early learning: Provide evidence-informed advice, guidance and support to strengthen pedagogy, curriculum and practice, and create welcoming environments where children and families feel a sense of belonging.
- Strengthen wellbeing and inclusion: Support teams to embed inclusive, high-quality practices aligned with C&K’s vision, values and strategic priorities.
- Lead, mentor and inspire: Build strong relationships with teaching teams and local partners, using a range of leadership and mentoring approaches to grow capability and advocate for the value of early childhood education.
- Support meaningful change: Provide tailored support and professional learning through centre visits, workshops and online connections that translate into positive outcomes for children and families.

What you’ll bring
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification)
- Completion of National Child Safety Foundation Training
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- Current Police Check
- Willingness for regular travel to services across Metro-Brisbane and regional QLD
