We proudly represent some of the most respected brands in the marine industry, including Barletta Pontoon Boats and Cobalt Boats, and are a fully certified Mercury & MerCruiser Service Centre and authorised service agent for Malibu and Axis Boats.
We're looking for an experienced and driven Boat Sales Consultant to help grow our sales business across new boats, used boats and consignment sales.
About the Role
This is a sales-focused position where your primary responsibility will be generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to handover and ongoing support.
Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
We offer a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure on all new and used boat sales.
This is a genuine sales role with strong earning potential for the right person. Your commission is paid on top of your base salary, providing the opportunity to significantly increase your annual income through your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Selling new, used and consignment boats
- Managing sales enquiries and converting leads into sales
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Sourcing and purchasing quality used boats
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Managing the complete sales process from enquiry to settlement
- Preparing quotations, contracts and sales documentation
- Coordinating registrations, finance and insurance referrals
- Conducting boat demonstrations and sea trials
- Delivering boats to customers and completing handovers
- Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships
- Assisting with boat shows, demo days and dealership events
- Creating listing content, walkthrough videos and social media content
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience
- Marine industry experience highly regarded
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confidence using social media and video content to support sales
- A genuine passion for boating and the marine lifestyle
- Availability to work a 5-day roster, including Saturdays.
Desirable Skills
- Boat handling experience
- Experience towing boats and trailers
- Forklift licence
