Due to continued growth, we are hiring multiple Heavy Diesel Mechanics – Field Service across regional Western Australia. If you are looking for variety, autonomy, strong earning potential, and long-term career progression, this is your opportunity.
About The Role
Working across mine sites, ports, and regional operations, you will:
Perform field-based diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Caterpillar equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Work independently in the field while supported by a high-performing team
Service fleet including haul trucks, loaders, graders, dozers & ancillary equipment
Deliver safe, high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer service
What We Are Looking for
Trade qualification: Plant Mechanic / Heavy Diesel / Auto Electrical
Proven field service experience (Cat® highly regarded)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
Valid driver’s licence (minimum LR, higher classes advantageous)
Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork
HRWL tickets (Forklift, Dogging, Rigging) – desirable
