About the role:
As the face of the Ford service experience, you will be the trusted link between customers and the workshop, making sure every vehicle and every person is well looked after from the moment they arrive.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and accurately recording vehicle faults, so technicians can get straight to work and customers leave satisfied
- Preparing and presenting repair estimates, giving customers the confidence to make informed decisions about their vehicle
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process, turning what can be a stressful experience into a straightforward one
- Coordinating job flow with the workshop to keep things moving efficiently and on schedule
- Following up on completed work to make sure every customer is happy before they drive away
- Building repeat business through genuine relationships, not scripts
About You:
You bring a combination of automotive knowledge and people skills that makes customers feel heard and confident every time they visit.
More about you:
- Previous experience as a Service Adviser, ideally within a franchised dealership environment
- Familiarity with Ford vehicles or a strong general automotive background that you are keen to build on
- Clear, professional communication that works equally well face-to-face and over the phone
- A current Queensland driver licence
- Comfortable working with dealer management systems to track and manage jobs accurately
- A genuine focus on the customer experience, because you know that trust is earned visit by visit
