Join IAGs Technology Reporting& Insights team and help drive visibility of technology performance across the organisation. You'll deliver reporting, dashboards, and service metrics that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions, improve service quality, and enhance operational performance.
Working with internal teams and external partners, you'll leverage data to provide clear, actionable insights, support reporting efficiencies, and help grow our capability through new technologies and innovative approaches.
We're looking for someone with a strong customer focus, excellent attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, and a collaborative approach. In return, you'll have the opportunity to build valuable analytical and technology skills while making a real impact across Technology& Operations and the wider IAG business.
What Youll Do
- Design and maintain ServiceNow and Tableau dashboards and reports across Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Performance and Risk, delivering actionable service insights.
- Develop accurate, reliable reporting by extracting, transforming and modelling data from ServiceNow and related sources.
- Drive automation and self-service reporting initiatives to improve efficiency and enhance user access to insights.
- Leverage ServiceNow, Tableau and AI-enabled technologies to continuously improve reporting, automation and analytics capabilities.
- Support Observability reporting through dashboards, queries and searches using tools such as New Relic, Splunk and Grafana.
- Contribute to the Intelligent Operations 10x (IO10x) rollout through the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.
This is a permanent opportunity, which offers a flexible hybrid work model based in Naarm (Melbourne).
What Youll Bring
•
- 2-3 years ServiceNow Platform Analytics experience, preferably also Tableau experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Medium to advanced Excel skills to support analysis
- Knowledge of Data Science processing and analysis tools and techniques
- Some Javascript and Python coding experience
- MS SQL query building experience
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of ITSM systems, particularly ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of the ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management
- Experience preferred with Agile practices including lean design& development techniques
