Wandiyali is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation, established in Newcastle in 1997. We are the largest accredited Aboriginal provider of PSP OOHC within Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Region, and Port Stephens. Wandiyali also has a number of Preservation Programs and support services that work closely with children, young people and families.

The Opportunity
The aim of Wandiyali and its services is to ‘Keep our Culture Strong’. As a Wandi Receptionist, you will contribute to this by providing reception and administrative support to staff at Wandiyali in order to facilitate a high level service delivery. The Receptionist is generally the first point of contact with clients and visitors of Wandiyali service, as such, it is essential that the Receptionist is pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse range of people. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients and visitors professionally and directing phone calls as required and will be responsible for managing and maintaining systems and databases, as well as supporting, mentoring and directing a trainee receptionist.
