About the Role
We are looking for a qualified remedial Carpenter / Tradesman to join our Sydney crews. Formwork, framing, fixing, balcony and door detailing, make-good and general remedial carpentry as part of full building rectification works - occupied strata and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Formwork and framing for concrete repair and structural works
- Fixing, first and second fix, door and window detailing
- Balcony, planter box and facade carpentry as part of remedial scopes
- Internal make-good and finishing to a high standard
- Working to method statements, ITPs and WHS requirements on site
Skills and Experience
- Trade-qualified carpenter (Cert III) or proven equivalent remedial experience
- White Card (mandatory); driver's licence
- Working at Heights / EWP tickets an advantage (we fund what's missing for keepers)
- Reliable, quality-focused and tidy around residents
