About the role
Permanent part-time opportunity to lead patient experience and consumer feedback initiatives at The Prince Charles Hospital. You will provide expert advice, advocacy, and support for vulnerable and at-risk patients, influence service improvement, manage complex consumer concerns, and work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to enhance patient-centred, culturally safe care and improve health equity outcomes.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Demonstrate specialised level clinical service delivery knowledge, skills, and leadership across multi- specialty clinical areas to effectively manage complex complaints to contribute to effective patient and consumer experience and outcome management across The Prince Charles Hospital
Lead high level patient experience processes as part of a multidisciplinary and integrated service across TPCH in the pursuit of excellence in delivering patient and consumer experience outcomes.
Demonstrated advanced level communication skills and abilities to align across a complex service delivery environment and influence a positive culture of patient and consumer experience.
