A Site Manager assists in completing construction projects by reviewing design, planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sub-contractors
- Managing customer satisfaction onsite
- Ensure to achieve the required construction result within the scope time, quality and schedule
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Review Honeywell Issue for construction documentation together with Consultants & Project Design documents for compliance with Specification, buildability and commission ability
Security and access management onsite

Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Preferably Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, trade background.
- 10 years related industry experience in Brown field contracts doing retrofit and upgrade
- Experience in Security or controls
- Knowledge in Design Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Managing schedule, managing sub-contractors
- Highly proficient in all the key areas of onsite management
- Construction/site supervision of Controls, Mechanical or Electrical personnel
- Good team building skills and experience in leading and managing the day-to-day activities onsite
- Professional and responsible with clients, employees, subcontractors and management
- Experience in time and resource management, including HSE and sub-contractor management
- Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills
- Ability to work and prosper in a flexible dynamic team environment
Ability to travel around Queensland
