Bright Steps Academy Windsor Gardens is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators holding a Certificate III or Diploma to join our supportive and welcoming team. We are looking for educators who are committed to providing high-quality education and care, building strong relationships with children and families, and contributing positively to our centre culture.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Create warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's learning, wellbeing, and development
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional team
About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- A genuine passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working with Children Check
