ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Buying Manager to join the Factorie Guys team! In this role you will lead the commercial performance of a key department, translating brand strategy into customer-right product ranges that drive sales, profit and market relevance. Working closely with Design, Planning and Production, you'll bring together customer insights, trend analysis and trading performance to make informed buying, pricing and assortment decisions that deliver strong commercial outcomes.
While retaining ownership of a key category, you'll also lead and develop a team of Buyers and Assistant Buyers, building capability and driving a high-performance culture. This role is all about balancing short-term trade opportunities with long-term strategic thinking, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of compelling product ranges that connect with our customer and support the continued growth of the brand. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in a senior Buying role within a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales, profit and inventory outcomes.

Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of product strategy, range architecture and category management.

Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

The ability to influence, collaborate and build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.
