Experienced Seamstress required for the sewing and assembly of curtains and other soft furnishings, using industrial sewing machines in our small workroom.
Job Role:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew curtains and related products with minimal or no supervision.
- Assist with fabric preparation, including pinning, hemming, and finishing.
- Work closely with others to maintain production quality and deadlines and on occasion, update clients of current progress.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience operating industrial sewing machines, preferably in a curtain workroom.
- Be able to complete work efficiently, whilst maintaining attention to detail and care for quality finishes .
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) within the workroom and occasionally with clients .
- Reliable and punctual
MUST BE BASED IN PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA AND ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

- Wangara WA 6065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
