About the Role
Join MCU Labour Hire as a High Reach Forklift Operator for our client’s busy warehouse in Kemps Creek, NSW. We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused operator confident in handling pallets at height and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Duties
- Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Perform pallet put-aways, replenishment, and picking
- Use RF scanners and WMS systems
- Assist with general warehouse tasks
- Follow WHS procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Requirements
- Valid LF Forklift Licence
- Minimum 1 year recent High Reach experience
- Minimum 1 year Counterbalance experience
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Full Australian work rights (no visa restrictions)
Desirable
- Experience with RF scanning and WMS
- Flexibility with shift times if needed
- Comfortable working with stock stored 7–8 bays high
- Own reliable transport
