Based at our Pines Health and Wellness Centre in North Plympton, this roving position requires regular travel to provide administrative leave coverage across various Adelaide locations.
About the role
Our Health and Fitness centres consist of a multi-disciplinary environment that embraces innovative practice and focuses on the reablement of our clients. This role will see you as the first point of contact, developing positive client relations, maintaining bookings and Allied Health clinician schedules.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to;
Greet visitors professionally, manage phone inquiries, and coordinate client appointments.
Accurately interpret referral documents to match client needs with service availability.
Process receipts and payments including cash, EFTPOS, Medicare, DVA, and HICAPS.
Maintain a tidy reception area and travel to various sites to provide administrative support as needed.

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
Proven background in a medical or Allied Health reception/admin role.
Familiarity with community aged care funding programs and Aged Care Standards.
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and medical/in-house databases.
Strong organisational skills, minimal supervision required, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage expectations and resolve conflict.
Certificates in Administrative Services (or similar) is highly regarded.
