We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the business continues to expand.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Debtor and Creditor Management
Bank Reconciliations
Payroll Assistance
Assisting with BAS, PAYG, Super and STP obligations
Assisting with QLeave, QBCC and WorkCover compliance
Managing finance emails and filing
General bookkeeping and administration support
You will have:
A Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting
Previous bookkeeping experience
Strong Xero experience (essential)
Competency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Databuild experience (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
