Landscaping Foreman / Machine Operator
Gold Coast/ Brisbane
We’re chasing a hands-on foreman who can run a job and jump on the machines when needed.
This role suits someone who:
- Can lead a small crew (2–4 guys)
- Knows how to keep a job moving
- Takes pride in clean, high-quality finishes
What you’ll be doing:
- Running landscape & playground projects
- Operating excavators + site machinery
- Setting out works, levels, and finishes
- Managing materials + keeping jobs on track
You’ll need:
- Strong landscaping experience
- Excavator/operator experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and lead from the front
Bonus:

- Truck licence
