Midsumma is looking for an experienced, highly organised and people-focused Ticketing & Presenter Services Manager to join our team for the delivery of Midsumma Festival 2027.
This is a key role at the heart of the Festival, responsible for managing ticketing across a diverse, multi-venue and multi-genre program, while providing practical support and guidance to the artists, producers and venues who make the Festival happen.
You’ll oversee event builds and ticket sales through Red61, manage ticket allocations, promotional and complimentary tickets, monitor sales and reporting, coordinate box office requirements and ensure accurate event attendance data is collected across the Festival.
You’ll also be a key point of contact for our open-access producers, helping coordinate presenter communications, workshops, support initiatives and Festival access.
We’re looking for someone with experience in festival or event ticketing, ideally across a large-scale, multi-event program. You’ll be confident using ticketing and event management systems, highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Midsumma Festival 2027 runs from 17 January to 7 February 2027, so flexibility to work some evenings and weekends during the Festival period will be required.
