We are a local business seeking to employ a highly motivated Office Administrator. Our company is growing and due to an increase in work is looking for a high quality dependable Office Administrator able to add to our team and undertake the clerical aspects of the operations in accordance with all operational and customer requirements whilst providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Duties will include
- Effective communication and consultation with employees and other stakeholders including client liaison (mainly via telephone)
- Maintaining accurate customer data records
- Take customer bookings
- Assist with invoicing and accounts payables/ receivables
- Assist Management on day-to-day basis with other administration support and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets are met
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Accurate and Strong Data entry skill
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and preferably also Reckon, MYOB or Xero.
- Is able to priorities tasks and work to deadlines unassisted
- Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
