The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager – Plumbing to join our Asset Services team based in Hendra.
In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial plumbing maintenance and minor works, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard. You’ll lead a skilled trade team, manage client relationships, and play a hands-on role in driving performance across operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong plumbing leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, client engagement, and operational delivery in a stable, well-supported environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the delivery of contracted plumbing services in line with safety, quality, and client expectations
- Interpret contracts, workflows and systems to plan work, allocate resources, and manage the forward pipeline
- Lead, support and develop a team of plumbers, apprentices and support staff
- Maintain clear communication and reporting with the Plumbing Service Line Manager
- Conduct site visits, manage minor works, and resolve operational issues as required
- Monitor productivity, job quality, and compliance with plumbing standards and regulations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Partner with HSEQ to promote safe work practices and conduct site audits
- Support recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of technical team members
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture
About You
You’re a confident and capable leader with a strong plumbing background and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
You’ll bring:
- Trade-qualified plumber with experience in commercial maintenance and/or minor works
- Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
- Strong leadership experience in a supervisory, service or delivery management role
- Sound knowledge of plumbing standards, regulations and safe work practices
- Proven ability to lead trade teams while balancing client, safety and commercial outcomes
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Confidence using job management systems, scheduling tools and Microsoft 365
Clear communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset

Due to the nature of the work environment, the ability to obtain a current police clearance is required.
