We are looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Broker to join the Sundance Marine team based at our Runaway Bay location.

At Sundance Marine, our Sales Brokers and Dealership Managers work collaboratively and are jointly responsible for creating strong sales outcomes, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building the presence of Sundance Marine and BENETEAU within the market. You’ll work across both new boat and brokerage sales, representing some of the world’s most recognised and respected boating brands.

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, following up opportunities, supporting sales activity and contributing to the continued growth and success of the dealership.
The role will involve working across both new and brokerage boats, supporting clients throughout the full sales journey, from enquiry through to settlement, handover and ongoing relationship management.
- Selling new and brokerage boats
- Managing brokerage listings and customer enquiries
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Following up leads and maintaining strong sales activity
- Supporting customers throughout the sales, settlement and handover process
- Assisting with vessel presentations and inspections
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Supporting dealership activities, open days and boat shows
- Maintaining strong visibility and accessibility to customers
- Working collaboratively with the broader Sundance Marine team
- Supporting general dealership and sales operations as required

You will also have:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
- Passion for boating and the marine lifestyle
- Competent boat handling experience will be highly regarded
- Current boat & drivers licence required
- Ability to work weekends and attend events as required
Experience within the marine, automotive, luxury lifestyle or related industries will be highly regarded.
