The purpose of this position is to provide clients with high-quality, person-centred support that meets individual needs and promotes independence, capacity building, community participation, and overall quality of life. Support is delivered in line with each client’s goals, preferences, and aspirations.
Subee are looking for aged and disability workers to support clients in their own home across the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Cessnock areas .
Shift times and hours vary depending on clients need and staff availability across 7 days per week. We are looking for someone who is available early mornings and/or evening shifts.
Duties include personal care, respite, social support, domestic cleaning, companionship, medication prompting, meal preparation, community access and transport to appointments.

Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour
