Make the School Feel Ready for Tomorrow
Part-Time | Rural Primary School | Flexible Hours | Great for Tertiary Students
We’re looking for a reliable School Site Support Team Member to care for a rural primary school and help keep its learning spaces fresh, welcoming & ready for the next school day.
Just a practical, important role that fits beautifully around university or tertiary study, particularly for students studying Education, Teaching, Early Childhood, Community Services & Psychology.

- Taking pride in the little details that make a big difference
- Working independently while being part of a supportive team
This is a role where reliability matters more than having a perfect résumé.
WHY IT COULD WORK BRILLIANTLY AROUND YOUR STUDIES
The school operates during the day, so the work is scheduled outside normal school hours, making it ideal for someone who wants meaningful part-time work without sacrificing lectures, placements, tutorials or study time.
It’s also a chance to become part of a genuine school community without needing to stand at the front of a classroom.

You might be:
- A university student
- A TAFE student
- Studying to become a teacher
- Starting your career in education

- Looking for dependable part-time hours
- Someone who simply takes enormous satisfaction in seeing a job well done
Attitude, reliability, respect & attention to detail are what really count.
You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, follow instructions & take responsibility for creating a clean and safe environment for children and staff.
That means fresh air, a quieter setting & a school with a very different rhythm from the city.
