About the Role
HPS is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at HPS Berwick on a casual basis.
Working within a hospital environment, you will provide clinical and operational pharmacy services that support safe and effective patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists seeking flexible work arrangements while maintaining exposure to hospital pharmacy practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication management support
Review medication charts and promote quality use of medicines
Deliver accurate dispensing and medication supply services
Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams
Support medication safety and clinical governance activities
Assist with operational pharmacy services as required
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
