We're looking for a friendly and organised Reception / Optical Assistant to become an important part of our team.
Whether your experience comes from healthcare, retail, hospitality or customer service, we'll provide the support and training to help you develop your skills within independent optometry.
What your day might look like
Every day brings a mix of patient care, administration and optical support. Your day may include:

Welcoming patients and coordinating appointments and enquiries.

Supporting patients with frame styling and eyewear selection.

Assisting with pre-testing and other clinical support (training provided).

Maintaining patient records and completing administration tasks.

Helping present our practice and frame displays to a premium standard.

Working alongside the team to create an exceptional patient experience.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:

Is eager to learn and develop new skills.

Has previous customer service, retail or reception experience (optical experience is highly regarded but not essential).
