We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our bakery stores and help drive team performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service across the business.
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front — coaching your team, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring every customer has a warm and memorable experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people leadership, store operations, rostering, customer service, and commercial performance while living and promoting the Woodfrog values every day.
Leading and developing a high-performing store team
Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally
Managing daily store operations, presentation, and cleanliness
Creating effective rosters and managing labour costs
Monitoring store KPIs including sales, labour, ATV, waste, and training compliance
Managing stock, ordering, replenishment, and inventory controls
Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety standards
Coaching, onboarding, and developing team members
Supporting company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements
Previous retail or hospitality leadership experience at Supervisor, Leader or Manager level
Strong communication and team leadership skills
A positive, ownership-driven mindset
Passion for customer service and team development
Strong organisational and operational management skills
Availability for weekends and early morning starts
Experience managing KPIs, rosters, and labour budgets is highly regarded
