This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong hospitality and nightlife experience who thrives in a high-energy environment and can confidently lead teams, manage service standards, and oversee day-to-day venue operations.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily front-of-house operations across bar, floor, and service areas;
· Lead and supervise nightclub, entertainment, and event operations;
· Coordinate venue opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting;
· Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise FOH staff;
· Manage staff rosters in line with operational demand and labour budgets;
· Monitor bar stock, ordering, supplier relationships, and stock control processes;
· Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, health, safety, and venue regulations;
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service;
· Liaise with security teams, management, suppliers, and external stakeholders;
· Handle guest enquiries, complaints, VIP service, and escalations professionally;
· Assist with promotional activities, member engagement, and venue communications; and
· Drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and overall venue performance.
Requirements:
· A Diploma or higher qualification in business or another highly relevant field.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
· Experience in the hospitality and nightlife industry.
Salary:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00
