- The preparation and lodgement of applications to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Ensure that Renter's rental arrears are kept to a minimum
- Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties and prepare Condition reports via reports and photos
You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Director.
What you'll need:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle
- Admin/Marketing background preferred but not essential
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a really strong client focus
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage your time effectively
- An overwhelming desire to succeed within the Entrepreneurial space
