Experienced Barista / Supervisor
MOB Camberwell is looking for an experienced and motivated Barista / Supervisor to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about specialty coffee and ready to take the next step in their career. If you’re driven, enthusiastic, and keen to grow within the coffee industry, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Primarily Monday–Friday hours, with weekend availability also available
- Working as part of a passionate and quality-focused specialty coffee team
- Opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and continue developing your skills
About you
- 1–2 years’ experience working in specialty coffee
- Confident barista skills with a strong understanding of coffee
- Motivated, reliable, and driven to succeed
- Passionate about delivering great coffee and customer experiences
- Keen to grow your career and take on greater responsibility
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly regarded
