We’re looking for an experienced and confident hospitality supervisor to join our team on a casual basis, with potential to move part time. You’ll help lead our FOH team across restaurant, bar and functions, with plenty of variety from weddings and events to busy restaurant services.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting the FOH team
- Supervising restaurant, bar and function services
- Coordinating functions and events
- Running pre-service briefings
- Supporting staff and maintaining service standards
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team
About you
- Hospitality supervisory/senior FOH experience
- Confident, organised and great with people
- Able to stay calm in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Current RSA
- Function Tracker experience

Pay: $33.85 – $47.00 per hour
