As a Cook at La Pause Miam, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen. You’ll work closely with the café team to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast and lunch periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes
- Assist with food prep including salads, sandwich fillings, and baked items
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet café standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies are low
- Assist with daily kitchen prep and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy service times
