We're excited to welcome an Administration Coordinator to our Surgery and Critical Care Team.

This position operationally and professionally manages, supervises, coordinates and supports administrative staff working within Surgery and Critical Care across a range of settings and supports performance, workforce planning and efficient and consistent service delivery in clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of workforce management strategies and initiatives to facilitate the effective utilisation of human resources.
Provide high level administrative management and supervision of administrative staff within Surgery and Critical Care.
Oversee and participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend, negotiate and implement enhancements to existing practices.
Manage professional standards for administrative services by resolving day to day operational issues relating to procedures and staff within the team
Remuneration value up to $118,172 p.a., comprising salary between $94,013- $103,572 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
