We’re a small and growing eCommerce business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help with day-to-day order fulfilment and light clerical duties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scene
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping
- Print and attach shipping labels
- Organise and check incoming parcels
- Update order statuses and tracking details in Shopify
- General admin tasks (e.g. data entry, printing invoices, filing)
- Keep workspace tidy and stock well organised
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual, organised, and reliable
- Basic computer skills (Shopify or similar platforms is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Prior experience in eCommerce or order fulfilment is a plus, but not essential
