About the Role
The Digital and Information Services Branch delivers innovative technology and information solutions that support Council’s operations and community services. The team drives information governance, business improvement and digital transformation, ensuring Council’s information assets are secure, accessible and effectively managed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Systems Administration, support, governance and optimisation of Content Manager, TechnologyOne ECM, and other ECM/eDRMS information management platforms.
- Undertake Business Analysis and process improvement activities to identify opportunities that strengthen information governance and records management practices.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and associated governance solutions including Purview and AvePoint.
- Deliver specialist advice, training and support to build information management capability across Council.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Council's information, records and content management systems.
About you
- You hold a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or a related qualification or have substantial equivalent experience in information management or business systems analysis.
- You are an information management professional with a passion for improving systems, governance and the way organisations manage information assets.
- You bring demonstrated expertise in Business Analysis, information management, process improvement and systems administration, with the ability to deliver practical solutions that meet business needs.
- You have hands-on experience supporting and administering ECM, eDRMS or Records Management platforms, preferably Content Manager and/or TechnologyOne ECM.
- You have experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Purview and related governance technologies.
