After a strong period of growth, we're looking for a qualified A-Grade Electrical Foreman to run jobs across Melbourne. Current projects are in Brunswick, Boronia, Geelong and Truganina.
If you're reliable, sharp on quality and can keep a job moving, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on foreman role — expect your day to split roughly three ways: a third leading the crew and checking work, a third on the tools yourself, and a third planning the job ahead (labour and materials). Where we can, we keep a foreman on the one build from start to finish, so you get exposure across the whole project instead of being shuffled site to site.

What you'll do
Lead the crew (approx. 1/3)
- Set up the site, coordinate and direct electricians and apprentices
- Check and sign off work quality as it goes
- Own safety and tidy work areas — ITPs, SWMS, the lot
- Mentor and develop apprentices
On the tools (approx. 1/3)
- Hands-on install from rough-in through to fit-off and finishing
- Set out from drawings and solve problems on site
Plan the job (approx. 1/3)
- Look ahead on labour — who's needed, where, and when
- Order and coordinate materials with the office
- Liaise with the builder, site supervisors and other trades on program and sequencing
What you'll need
- VIC A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Proven experience running commercial/industrial jobs as a foreman or leading hand
- White Card
- Strong communication and genuine pride in workmanship
- A quality-first mindset
