Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy community mental health service. You'll provide high-quality administrative, reception and customer service support, helping clinicians deliver safe, efficient and person-centred care to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional reception, administration and customer service support to clinicians, consumers and visitors.
Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence and process data across Queensland Health systems.
Coordinate daily administrative activities including clinics, appointments, reporting and records management.
Build positive relationships with consumers, families and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
About you:
You're an organised and customer-focused administration professional who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support services.
Skills & Experience
Experience providing administration and reception support in a busy office or healthcare environment.
Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn multiple information systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.
