We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team at the Evolve Early Learning Centre in Bligh Park, NSW. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young minds, providing a safe and stimulating environment for our students.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Providing care and supervision to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social interaction
- Documenting children's progress, observations, and learning experiences, and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised learning space, adhering to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations
- Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour
