What’s the role?
Join our Commercial Banking team in Bundall on the Gold Coast, Yugambeh Country and help local businesses achieve their ambitions. This is a permanent full time opportunity where you'll manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial customers, building trusted relationships and delivering solutions that support their long term success.
You'll work closely with specialists across wealth, financial markets, cash flow, equipment finance, business home lending and transactional banking to deliver great outcomes for customers. You'll also use your network and business development expertise to connect with new clients and identify opportunities for growth.
What do I need?
- Experience managing commercial banking relationships and customer portfolios.
- Strong commercial lending capability, including cash flow lending, credit analysis and complex deal structuring.
- A proven ability to build relationships and win new business opportunities.
- An established referral network that supports portfolio growth.
- A customer focused approach with the ability to identify and deliver tailored solutions.
